There's a lot of talk about AI and whether it can be trusted and transparent. But what can Israel’s Lasso Security tell companies that people should be looking out for?
“For enterprises, I think there's a lot of responsibility in bringing in these kinds of tools,” said Ophir Dror, Co-Founder & CPO at Lasso Security. “I think the number one thing that people should remember is that this is a statistical machine. For nondeterministic systems, verify and check everything you receive from them, as well as everything you send to them. You should understand where it goes and what happens there.”
Dror made the remarks at AI 2025, where investors and techies gathered to discuss the impact of the technology on the world. Lasso Security is a generative AI security company helping organizations and enterprises adopt this technology safely.
“So, whether you're building agents, simple chatbots, or just want your employees to use it, Lasso is a security and trust layer that sits in the middle and lets management be sure that people are using it the way that they intend to. Every time you are building a workflow that is based on a couple of stages, you should keep somewhere in the back of your mind that things can go wrong or get off track,” he added.
